chocolate fixes most everything
tonight was truffle night. i made rum (with rum extract), maple (can't wait to see what these taste like), champagne, orange (orange extract), and creme de menthe. i might just temper some chocolate and dip them. we'll see how it goes. no...
hitferret i *didn't* use the belgian chocolate yet. i was waiting to do those. maybe i'll do them thursday. we'll see. i still need to go to scharffen berger to drop off my application. tomorrow is my job fair. which reminds me i need to print out some resume's and cover letters before tomorrow morning.
