this is the mixer i am interested in it's a lift stand mixer meaing the bowl goes up and down with the turn of the handle on the side versus the tilting version. the lift stand makes it easier to add the next ingredient while still mixing.

this is the best one for doing everything i need to do. it will be good when i want to make breads as well as when i want to make a cake for a birthday. one of the reasons i haven't been able to work in my kitchen is because the 50+year old mixer that my gramma gave my mom is well....it's dead jim.
