In the past the FOB reception has been on Sunday night and in the Chairmans suite. But we had to put it on Saturday night this year cause that was the only night we had any space to put it IN (We only had the concierge lounge from 5pm Friday to 5pm on Sunday so we could not have the FOB reception on Sunday and Friday would have been worse than Sat). The scheduling was totally dependent on the space since there was no where else it could have been. Sorry for the "yet one more annoying thing" about this year. Seppuku coming right up.
