since i suck at making the first move myself, my advice is advice others have given me. think how hard it is for you to make the first move. now imagine being a guy.
a guy has to read signals that never make sense to them. then they need to screw up their courage and figure out a way to ask you without offending you. they are often gunshy by powerful women because we can lay a really good smack down when motivated.

the only advice i was given was to "try and be more open and receptive to advances", also "stop looking, relax, they will come".
