i'm about to THROW this damn thing out the window!

it's a good thing it was free.

so...let's catch you up...

a co-worker of mine got a new iPhone and gave her old SLVR to me that has iTunes on it.

i got a MicroSD for it and synched it with my sister's computer. it has 100 songs on it. i NOW want to take those same 100 songs that i "purchased" with my gift card and put it on *my* computer in my room and be able to synch with this computer as well. well apparently you can't do that with iTunes. can someone please explain this to me? i *paid* for the songs and now i should be able to put them on any computer that i want to! what's up with that?!?!?! i even had to install upgrades to windows so that i could get iTunes on my computer in the first place.

HELLO? Mac-aholics? some answers please? i wont be able to fix it until i come back, but at least i know there will be some answers when i get back home.

iTunes set up the program so that you could only have your songs on one computer... the iDump is a good idea since you can't transfer to your comp. Kinda shady though. In the future you can download songs to your comp and should be able to share them with one other device, your phone. From there I recommend burning all music to a cd as that's the only way to get it from one comp to the next.

Sorry for your troubles. iTunes and Macs are crap.
