it's faire season! (open post)

so saturday is the first weekend of workshops for nor cal ren faire. i'll be driving down at the ass crack of dawn...WHY!!!!! and maybe i'll even stay the night? not sure yet.

packing list: (edited to add)

tent
suitcase of bedding (2 blankets, sheet, pillow, mattress w/pump)
shower bag (towels, shoes, shampoo, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, mouthwash)
bag of clothes:
3 pairs black pants
grey dress
knickers
sox
boots
black shirts
a couple of tank tops 'cos it is gilroy after all
PJ's in case i stay the night
2 pairs of sweats in case it's cold


i'm sure there's something i'm missing but i'm sure it'll come to me by the end of the week. i'll need to pack up on friday so i have everything together on saturday and i can just bail. friday night is the gathering at the hodo also...gotta be sure to be there for that.

well...it's late and i'm old. i'm off to bed. g'nite y'all

see this is why i have friends...so they can remind me that i need to cover the top and not just the bottom ^_^

OH my god you live in San Francisco....Is there any chance that you could give me a ride one of the days of the faire? I will be living in San Fran by then..I could help pay for gas.:)

i'm actually working the faire so i drive down on thursday night and drive back monday night. i'm camping there the whole weekend
