it's a good thing it was free.

so...let's catch you up...

a co-worker of mine got a new iPhone and gave her old SLVR to me that has iTunes on it.

i got a MicroSD for it and synched it with my sister's computer. it has 100 songs on it. i NOW want to take those same 100 songs that i "purchased" with my gift card and put it on *my* computer in my room and be able to synch with this computer as well. well apparently you can't do that with iTunes. can someone please explain this to me? i *paid* for the songs and now i should be able to put them on any computer that i want to! what's up with that?!?!?! i even had to install upgrades to windows so that i could get iTunes on my computer in the first place.

HELLO? Mac-aholics? some answers please? i wont be able to fix it until i come back, but at least i know there will be some answers when i get back home.

Apple is like steroids. In the short term it feels good. In the long term, it makes your balls shrink.
Well...not "yours" exactly, but....

see that's the reason i don't like apple. but the thing is...the phone was free and had iTunes on it. i *thought* (and that's where i was wrong) that i could move the MicroSD card to my sony ericsson phone, but the phone is not recognizing the chip, so i'm stuck with the motorola SLVR phone. now i just want to be able to synch with *my* computer. i'm going to try the iDump that joan suggested. we'll see how that works when i get home.
