onward and upward.
Aug. 29th, 2002 09:49 pmso the next plan for my life is to work the renaissance faire at Casa de Fruita. that starts September 14th. i need to be there on the 7th for "orientation" yeah whatever that is...and then it's an attempt to make a new character and costume. i'm going to try something italian this year. hopefully it will work.
after that...it's an attempt to visit the boys in seattle. perhaps for my birthday. that's on the back burner until i speak to the parentals about maybe footing the airline bill.
right now...it's waiting time. i'm waiting for the results to come back about the fountain display that Paul and i did at OSH this past week. they came in today to take pictures while i was at lunch. luckily Paul was there and was able to put the dry ice in the fountains for the fog effect. if we win this one...it's $100 bux in the employee fund for the winner...and next year it looks like it's going to be a Ceaser's Palace display for us. that'll be a hoot!!!
but now...it's time for me to attempt to sleep. the last few days i've been thinking so much about what has happened, the issues that have been brought up, and the overall ickyness of the situations. i haven't been able to get to sleep before midnight eventhough i get to bed by 11ish. tonight, hopefully my brain will have slowed down. with the help of 800mg of Motrin, i should be pain free most of the night.
here's hoping that everyone sleeps well tonight.
