lokizmomok here's the update:
Item #1: the ankle...feeling OK i suppose. i still have pain although i'm not sure why. apparently things are normal inside according to the doc.
Item #2: the witches ball...it was fun. i was unhappy that the costume i was wearing wasn't even in the running for the contest. oh well...next time. i danced a hole in my nylons so it was a good night. i got to see K~ and Cruz and Sabre and Sean and ummmm bunches of other people. all in all it was a good night.
Item #3: changes on the work front...we have a new manager...actually an old manager is coming back as the actual manager. it appears that eric has made his way down the peninsula. the plan is (i'm guessing) to train joseph as a manager in his own store so he can open the pacifica store and then maybe move eric back to millbrae. doesn't make sense to me, but ::shrugs:: who the hell am i???
Item #4: the disneyland trip...on schedule. i have my ticketless ticket paid for by mom, my reservation for the hotel held on my visa card, and the car is still a question. if it turns out that i wont be able to afford a car things might change. but for right now here's the schedule:
October 30 early, leave for oakland airport, flight to Orange county airport on southwest, take bus to hotel or get rental car, spend oct 30, 31, nov 1 and nov 2(part of day) at disneyland. on oct 31, shanaar and deb are supposed to meet me at the park or the hotel (not set yet), and we spend the day in the park. hopefully we will all be able to go to both parks together. leave on Nov 2 late in the evening to celebrate my birthday with family.
Item #5: love life...non existant...next...
Item #6: Faire...going well. i'll be working all weekend again. this means i wont be at home until monday night prolly, and i wont be online till tuesday.
this brings up another subject...my online life... i'll be doing more reading and sewing and crochetting instead of typing. my eyes are beginning to fail me and i just dont have the money or the time to go see a doctor 'bout them yet. this means less time infront of the monitor and more time to rest. i'll also be going to coffee after work...haven't decided just where yet, but it's really nice to just sit back and relax with a triple mocha after work. maybe i'll go to san mateo's coffee club too like i used to when the sylvan was here.
so yeah...that's my life in a nutshell. if i missed anything i'll update you soon...
