so...yesterday as i was standing on the balcony at work smoking, i nearly got hit by the birds flying around. so let's just say...i got to see them up close. and apparently i was wrong in thinking they were sparrows. it appears that they are swallows!

i guess that they are builing their nests *under* the building just above the water. there's a space there that they fly under all the time. i've tried to get a video of them but they fly so damn fast...and i dont want to look like an idiot trying to take video of these birds.

so on another note...i haven't seen the jellyfish since that first day that i made comment about them. i guess it's just not warm enough or the wind is too much. **shrugs**

and then...last night we went to see Ratatouille. what a great movie. if you're paying attention you will see 2 different hidden mickeys. one of them is in the movie continuously, and the other one is at the end. there may be a third one, but it was too fast for me to see. i'll have to go see it again to be 100% sure. OH and the one line that i came out of that movie with is "and if i dont like it...i won't swallow!" (said with a very bad french accent) yeah...from a disney movie. i wonder how many parents heard that and laughed as much as i did.

well now i'm off to get dressed and go to the FC meeting and drop off the paperwork to MFS. once the paperwork is gone i'm *done* with westercon. YAY!!! and then tonight is the cashiers/weasels BBQ at the HODO.

'slater all!

"said with a very bad french accent"

That's because he doesn't have a French accent, it's one of those English accents, but I'm not sure exactly which one... I don't know the names of them or anything.

I was thinking that they were swallows from your earlier description, but didn't get around to posting a comment. They were probably swooping in for bugs to feed on.

those Swallows also build nests on the bridge in Colfax and brought my job there to a screeching halt. we cant touch there nests during nesting season.
