1. What is your favourite pastry to make, and why?
hmmmm that would have to be cinnamon rolls. i like the way they smell when they're baking. i also LOVE making scones. you get to use your hands throughout the process, and it's one of the things that i can make with tisa.
2. What is the most outlandishly inappropriate thing you've ever wanted to do behind the reg desk?
flash the members!!! i'd never do it...however...someone did come up from behind me when i was wearing my dorothy costume (the short one) and play with my ass...
3. Why are geeks sexier?
mmmmmmmmmmm it's the brain. really...i've always been attracted to the *odd* sort of guy.
4. If you could walk around in a male body for a week and then give it back, who would you choose to trade with? Why?
anyone? liam neeson. 'cos (a) i'd be tall, and (b) i'd look HAWT in a kilt!
5. What is your favourite word in the English language? Your least favourite? Why?
i actually have 2 favourite words...onomatopoeia and tintinnabulation. when i was a kid we always watched wordsmith and those words always came up.
my least favourite word? i'll have to think about that.
1. Would you have gotten your cat if you had known how difficult it was going to make getting out of your mother's house later?
yes. absolutely. when i got loki 9 years ago i was in a terrible place. i needed something to keep me company. he has put up with more crap than anyone would. he's been there to comfort me when i was a puddle of tears on my bed cuddling up with my stuffed lion. he knows when i need that nudge. also...several things outside the "norm" to get us to this point. no one expected my sister to get pregnant. no one expected me to loose my sanity and nearly kill myself. if life had gone on as "normal" i might still be in sacramento.
2. You get to go see any rocky cast at any rocky theater. What cast/theater pairing do you make?
*any* rocky cast? i'd go back to the hayday of the varsity theatre and the erotic nightmares cast. we had the best cast and krue ever. i wish that i had never left to go to vegas....that's where it all went to hell.
3. How many licks to get to the center of a tootsie pop?
well...to tell you the truth...it takes all day. i know because i did it at baycon. i started with a cherry tootsie roll pop at about noonish and didn't finish it until about 5pm. it honestly took 5 hours! i could always do it again and see what happens?
4. How did you come to be the Weasel Mom?
hmmmm i honestly am not sure? in 1996, karl mundstock gave me his gofer roll over and i became a dedicated gofer to registration. the next year i was a shift lead. and it all just kinda went downhill from there. i've never actually been a "regular" weasel. it would be nice huh?
5. Are you an organ donor? Why or why not?
i would rather not offer my body to science. my sister is...but i'm not. i just think that nothing in my body would be of good use to anyone else.
1)What is your favorite part of Disneyland or any of the Kingdoms?
the haunted mansion, pirates, the art of animation, turtle talk with crush, really there's not one thing that i absolutely have as a fave. well...no...i take that back...the whales float in the parade. i cry every time that comes by. and the one year that fantasia 2000 came out and they had a window scene where the whales were flying...i cried when i passed by it. i would stand there forever and just watch...and cry.
2)What is the draw to working at the various conventions and fairs you work?
the people. i love my crew at baycon. and they proved just how good they could be at westercon on such little notice. the faire....that would have to be one certain person that i've crushed on for a while now. last year we got together and hung out a bit...and we're still talking back and forth nearly daily. and the fact that i get to sleep out under the stars with no TV and no fighting family...if i could bring loki with me and do that daily...i would.
3)If you had enough money to live on, what dream would you follow?
i would pack up my stuff, move to anaslime, get a job at the disney candy shoppe, and be happy. that is my ultimate dream. if not there then the boudin bakery in DCA. either one would be excellent.
4)What is your favorite pair of socks?
i just got a new pair of socks that have a dragon on them. it looks like a tattoo. really cute!
5)What would your ideal home be like and where would it be located?
i would have a 5 bedroom house. it would be in the city of orange (near disneyland, but not too close). the house would have 3 full bathrooms...one of which would have a tub large enough to fit me and 3 other people. if i'm going to take a bath...i'm going to be able to stretch out. the house would have a swimming pool and a hot tub with a HUGE back yard...large enough for a big dog to run around in. the kitchen would be as big as a living room and it would have 2 gas stoves, 8 gas burners, a chocolate tempering machine and 3 mixers. do you see where this is going? ok...i'll stop now.
